This has covered the full spectrum of industry and service roles, with a high concentration in manufacturing and logistics. His firm was recognized as one of the "very finest in Executive Search" and was endorsed in the new "Rites of Passage at $100,000 to $1 Million+" by author John Lucht. He has been "Rites Honored" since 1988. It is Kevin’s special strength in identifying and recruiting difficult to find top talent for his clientele, and his keen ability to think outside the box that allows his practice to prosper throughout the economic turbulences of the past decade.

Kevin started his search experience as a Behavioral Consultant for a Chicago-based management consulting firm. He also served as a Senior Associate, reporting to the Managing Director of an internationally renowned executive search firm. His previous corporate experience includes serving in a variety of logistic management roles for Avon Products and Spiegel. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing, from the State University of New York. Following college he served as an Officer in the U.S. Army.
